My Little Tips Page

Tip 1:
I am not much into making plans, because they can be hard for me to keep at times.
And though I never was that big of an alcohol drinker, I enjoyed various types on the occasions.
Now, Because of my condition caused by the head concussion and plus age, I rarely drink alcohol at all.
When I do, I can only drink certain things.
And there is nothing more Enjoyable, to have the drink aged to perfection!
If You, or your Guest are drinkers, here is a little tip that will add to that special occasion.
Instead of just Running out at the last minute to pick up your beer, or alcohol, plan ahead and pick them up in a time that will allow the flavor of the drink to have aged to perfection.
With Champagne, like a lot use on New Years, I like to buy a year ahead of time.
That Way it becomes more mellow and smooth.
Basically the Same goes with Liquor.
As long as the Bottle is not opened, a couple year old bottle of half decent Liquor, can taste as good as any very expensive brand.
Now With Beer, that is another story.
It is Good to let fresh brewed beer sit for a few months, before using.
Green Beer, which is beer that has not aged enough, can cause a few problems and make us sick.
But I Found if you let fresh bottled beer sit for a couple months, it will mellow the taste to a perfection that any beer lover can appreciate.
Now I have not Tried this with every make of beer and their may be some that are just plain nasty no matter what!
But if You can do this for your occasions and holidays, you will not only find just the right time periods to purchase, but treat yourself and your company, to an extra special event!

Tip 2:
I am still a big Coffee drinker and just about wherever I have been, I found others who were as well.
Now for the Taste, that usually differs between person, to person, depending on what they are use to and so on.
But if You Find yourself having to brew enough coffee during the day, for up to five to several cups.
Which would be an average one to three standard coffee pots.
I Found that the big commercial types, which hold several cups and more, are not as good, if you were to individually brew a normal pot.
If You let the big brewer turned on all the time, the taste can become pretty bitter.
And even if You shut it off and re heat your cups in a microwave, after a little time, the taste is lost with the big brewer's.
Most People who usually use those, do so out of convenience, instead of brewing a couple, to several normal pots a day.
What I Like to do, is I have a clear glass jar set and using the one that is the larger, about the size of a cookie jar, I pre make several coffee filter packets.
This Jar I use is the perfect size for the filters.
With the Lid kept on the jar and being we are frequent coffee drinkers here, the coffee grinds stay fresh.
You Spend a few minutes making several coffee filter packets, but it saves time and makes it more convenient in the long run, without sacrificing the taste!

Note:
I Decided to add some common sense tips in here as well.
So if You come across something and think, "who didn't know that," I just want you to know that there are many who do not know it.

That is Why a person can either be too talkative and end up boring, or losing you, or they say very little of anything, or anything useful and nothing is taught, or learned.
The Moral is,
Be careful of your words, try hard to use the right words to fit the meaning.
Do Not pass along too much information at one time, even if it is related, or important.
And if You think you have something good to add, or just would like to make something known, do so.
It use to be Said, that "if you do not have anything good to say, then do not say anything at all."
But I Say, Tell it all, just be careful of how you say it and who you say it to!
Examples are, before judging, or assuming anything about a person, even if there is something you do not really like about someone, do not gossip and speak to others expressing those ill thoughts.
Instead, Plan how to tell that person about it, but without being obnoxious, or cruel.
Think of How it would sound and how you would feel, if it were being said to you.
Even if not True about yourself, just consider how you would feel if another spoke that way about you, or to you!
Now Some will be offended more easily, so this is why you have to be careful of what and how you say things!
And if You can not Find the right words to express your feelings to that certain person, then you could seek help from a third party.
Just do Not make any claims about the person you are referring to, unless you know it for a fact, beyond any doubt that it is true.
And if You are going to seek a third party, to find just the right words to express your feelings, use your best judgement in the person you chose to help you.
Know the People you hang around with, if some one is always sarcastic, or putting others down, then that probably would not be the right person to ask.
Two More things, if that problem, or annoyance with the person, is not really serious, or will not hurt anyone, then you might just consider overlooking it.
And if You have something to say, or any valid thoughts about a person, it is best to relay that to them and not talk behind their back, or make any comments which might not really be true.
It does not Matter who you are, or what position you have in life, assumption is the mother to wrong!
When it Comes to people and things that can affect a persons life, never assume!

Elements Permitting, I will be adding more to this file!
